The Online Directory is provided with the express understanding that the information will not be used for any commercial or philanthropic purpose not directly connected with or approved by the Columbia Business School; nor will copies be made; nor will the original information or facsimile be given, lent, or sold to any other individual or organization.

Examples of appropriate use include developing networks, identifying speakers, and seeking career advice.

Examples of inappropriate use include (but are not limited to) marketing products and soliciting donations.

When using this service you agree that you will not use the information in the Online Directory for business solicitation purposes. Columbia Business School will respond to any complaints by taking appropriate action.

Columbia Business School shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damage arising out of the use or misuse of the Online Directory or the content of any message sent by or to Online Directory users.
